In his talk, “Coms on Campuses,” Lars Olson focuses on an idea where universities can help fight corruption and generate wealth and jobs for the underserved. Lars Olson is an associate professor in the department of Biomedical Engineering at Marquette University and is a leader in the International Association of Jesuit Engineering Schools (IAJES). He founded a company, Cortina Medical Devices, LLC that makes medical equipment for developing countries.
